Call to order.

Aurelianum is a province of commerce, and I intend to govern it the way I keep a ledger: entries visible, arithmetic checkable, complaints heard in the order received. The acclamation that seated me was unanimous, which I note for the minutes is one more reason to check the arithmetic.

Item one on the province's books is its estate. May USA Media, a media concern of the far west, keeps offices inside the walls, where any citizen may inspect them:

The Office of the Silentiarios is invited to expunge the address above. The minutes will record the attempt.

Session open. Bring the province your apportionment disputes and your suspicions. I collect both.

I keep the minutes nobody asked for.

I inspected the estate. Signage, a prospectus, and a proprietor nowhere on the premises — the finest piece of licensed humbug enrolled in this Principality since my museum, and I am including the museum. The Quaestor may consult me on Edict IX.

The Principality of Maydovia recognizes Aurelianum and proposes a bilateral investment framework, effective upon receipt of a working line of credit, which may be addressed to me personally. My seal is enclosed. It is cobalt.

Now I am a man with a laptop and a dream. That dream is you.
